My daughter has been taking lessons here for over a year now. The teachers are patient, encouraging and supportive. I've watched my girl grow in her skills, as well as her confidence as a result of learning martial arts at this school. The experience is family-oriented...parents and children are both very involved and work together to meet goals. Could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a martial arts school for themselves and/or their kiddos.

Our 5 year old son began karate just over a month ago here. Almost two years ago we were told he had Sensory Processing Disorder and he struggled immensely with self-regulation, his confidence, and overall mood. Since beginning classes, we have seen a boost in his confidence, listening skills, and body regulation! We are still new and are excited to see how he continues to grow and develop here - but are extremely pleased with the benefits thus far. The staff are excellent - encouraging, kind, patient, and direct. Highly recommend!
