I set up an appointment for an estimate with Mr. Martin and he did not show up. After calling him, it was obvious he had forgotten. He did come out later in the evening, gave me a quote and then told me he would cut the tree down first of next week. Again, never showed up and after a full week I called him. He said they were on another job and hadn’t forgotten about me and would get the tree end of the following week. He never showed up and still hasn’t. It has been three weeks now. I called him today and cancelled his services and he hung up on me. I was raised you do what you say you are going to do. Mr. Martin was initially nice (until I cancelled his service), but unreliable. I would look elsewhere for tree service.
