All the staff was great including Mr. Jeff and Mr J. W. I moved to El Paso and i wish this Numotion here could measure up to the one there. Oh yeah and my wheelchair is great too.

We came here when my daughter outgrew her wheelchair of 7 years. Drew, who actually designed and built her last one at another store, works here now, and remembered my little Harley-bug after all this time. Her new wheelchair is a whole new design and it is perfect. She loves it so much! NuMotion got it ready for us very quickly. The footrest on it was a little low, as we tend to go hiking and walking a lot, and Drew was able to adjust that on-the-spot and it was perfect. We haven't had any issues with it.

Very warm and welcoming. Staff there treat you like family, you walk in and you feel like you've always known them even if it's your first time meeting them. Office is neat and organized, loved the waiting area couch

When I call pertaining to services about my mobile wheelchair, is not good at all. I'm either on hold too long or someone has hung up and when I call back, I only get a recording. I'm literally rolling around in a jalopy for a wheelchair. Either certain parts are in the wrong place and basically the chair is falling apart and I'm only in my home! Numotion services need improvement badly because I'm in fear for my safety.
