4pm appt. Arrived at 3:45pm, sat in the waiting room until 4:20 then moved to an exam room. Sat in the Exam room until 5:20pm. No one explained the delay so I just left. I recommend you look elsewhere for Primary Care.

Love Dr Ude! She is well worth the wait as she takes her time and carefully considers my individual care needs. Yes, doctors sometimes get behind when emergencies present but I know that she would do the same for me!

This place is horrible. Dr. cares more about money than their patients. My husband had an appt. today, but because we owed 117.00 they refused to see him. He had some tests done and they found spots on his liver. We had to call the Dr. to get those results they didn't bother to call us. They told us if we wanted more information to make an appointment so we did. I ask if it would be a problem since we had a balance. They said to call the billing department. So I did. They said as long as we made a partial payment it would be fine. We told the receptionist this. She said it wasn't up to billing it was up to the Dr.. So why did they tell me to call billing? Then I ask for his medical records. The paper on the window said 10.00 for a copy but she said it was 20. They raised the amount 10 while I was standing there. These are money hungry people. And not very good Dr's. anyway.
