I had them out on Monday to evaluate my 15 year old system in a home we recently bought. The tech (Howard), arrived on time, was very thorough and answered every question I had. Unfortunately, I need some major work, but I expected that. He referred me to Dale, their salesperson. Dale contacted me within hours and was here today (Tuesday) to price the work. He also answered all questions and offered suggestions on work to be done. I will update this review after work is done, but they have been stellar so far. The office staff has also been fantastic about communicating with me.

I was very impressed with my overall experience with replacing my upstairs heat pump starting with the representative who came to my house who patiently answered all my questions, regardless of what they were. The technicians who visited my house took care of the installation professionally and efficiently. They were friendly and answered my questions directly as well. When comes time to replace my other unit, I will likely go the same route. Thank you.

Can't say enough about this great business! Thermostat went out and no heat in January right before a snowstorm. I called the company that installed the heat pump first which stated they were available 24/7 and 5 hours later they were completely unresponsive. Did not return the 3 calls I made to them. So I called Johnson and Johnson. Picked up on the 1st call, were at my house within the hour and had my heat back on within a matter of minutes! Awesome customer service! Johnson and Johnson will be my 1st choice going forward. Repairman was friendly and courteous as well. 5 Stars!!!

Nicer Than Nails

William was so friendly and courteous! He was properly masked and was very cognizant of our cats when going on and out of our home. He also figured out we had a setting on our thermostat set that was most likely causing us higher electric bills. We love Johnson & Johnson!

Bad practice of installing. Caught the guy who was setting my OD unit brazing without purging with Nitrogen. Not good.. Bought it to there attention, they were surprised and shocked that I knew that it wasn't the proper way to install. Took pics of the worker.. Called the Company and asked about way he wasn't purging. I got nothing but excuses and excuses. SO HP switch went out, OD unit wouldn't start due to open HP switch. They came out and replaced the HP switch under my supervision. Everything was great until I notice my air filter getting to dirty to quick. I replaced the air filter two months after the install. I was thinking that new ID unit with brand with an new blower will move more air due to being clean. They even had someone come out to do an QA check on the install. Marked the date on filter and checked back on the filter in a month. It was way to dirty for only being in there for a month. So I started inspected the return duct work about the unit. I notice there was an two inch gap in my return, right above the Indoor unit. I called them about the issue. They didn't return my calls nor haven't heard from them. Picture inserted below. My install isn't even year old. They're suppose to come for an PM at the first year of install date. lol Bad business. I will call Goodman and let them know as well
