Went to get covid testing, I felt like it was a pleasant experience everyone was respectful and polite.,joking around and only took about 30 minutes from the time I got there, called in my information and co-pay waited ten minutes came out got me took the test and done.

I felt doctor and nurses did a great job! Very polite and courteous. Service was awesome during this tiring pandemic. Great job!!

Would have been a good experience if they didnt tell us its a 2 hr wait to find out it has been 5 1/2 hrs and the last hour and a half we were told we are next.sadly there were other people that waited just as long. They could of told us a time. They could of called us and said be here in the next 30 mins. Nope to sit in the parking lot they woukd get to us ASAP .Then were told were next and were sitting in the parking lot bc when they call we only have a few min window to get in ......day wasted.1pm to 6pm wife is still not out.

Went there the other night at 7:30 pm because I was having trouble breathing. I had to wait for my daughter to come drive me and as soon as I told them that I’m in pain management (since 2006) that’s all they cared about! The nurse practitioner came in and asked if I missed work and needed a note! That’s the FIRST thing she said! I said yes I missed work and NO I DONT need a note! They put the ekg machine on for 6 seconds and said nothing was wrong! Didn’t ask if I wanted. COVID-19 test or anything ! I told her I almost died from ammonia when I was 9 she said my lungs sound fine! Funny cus I’m weasing and I can feel the mucus in my chest! DONT GO THERE!

I have had a good experience every time I've had to visit. I am seen as quickly as possible and treated very well. I'll continue to visit when I need to.
