I posted earlier about the wonderful experience I had today. Dr. Zamora is fantastic. Besides his outstanding credentials as a neurologist, he is personable and explains procedures in detail and in layman terminology so I could understand. His staff is friendly and top notch. The clinic is pristine and constantly sanitized. I highly recommend this to be your one stop for all neurological needs. It took their office 4 MONTHS to send the results of a nerve conduction study to my doctor. Despite my repeated phone calls, they blamed it on a faulty fax machine and not receiving payment from my insurance. My doctor informed me that witholding test results for nonpayment is illegal but rest assured, they were paid in full within weeks of my test. During the 4 months I waited my symptoms have become markedly worse. I was given a hard time when I asked for the results to be mailed directly to me since their fax machine apparently doesn't work. Their office staff is atrocious!!
Office horrible; progress notes stated i was female. Counted roughly 18 errors. I am a male and i didn't drink a qt. of whiskey for 10 years! Also doors were still locked after lunch; so couldn't get in. Receptionist had an attitude having to unlock doors. Doctor is loosing patients due to front office. I won't return. However, Doctor seemed ok.
In my opinion he is the best very experienced and very professional the best part you see him Dr Zamora not a PA or a Nurse practitioner we love him his plus is that he speaks Spanish again we love him and his practice!!
Dr. Zamora was an excellent doctor, he has great bedside manners as well. The office environment was extremely comfortable, and the very professional staff as well. I would recommend Dr. Zamora and his team to everyone that has any complications in terms of neurology. I would make Dr. Zamora my provide in a heart beat. He is a good listener to all healthcare issues.
