Maintenance man walked in the apartment, me unclothed... made a complaint and the unprofessional staff thought it was funny. Smh trash company.
We have lived here for 9 months now. So far it has been really good, I think the walls between the apartment are pretty thick because we rarely here anything at all though the walls. Neighbors are all pretty friendly and wave if you meet them driving around the complex. The few times we have called to get something fixed staff have come either that day or the next day if we called later in the day. Used the pool only twice in the summer it is not heated so it was pretty cool in May but was warm when we went in July, it was not super crowded either time. Only complaint is I wish that they had recycling.
I lived here in 2014 to 2015 before the entire completion..as I've read some recent reviews seems things are quite the same like they come in when they know your gone nosing around...I had a stainless steel duel exhaust in my garage to install on my truck and when the maintenance man saw me outside he had the nerve to ask me if he could have it for scrap, I said what were you doing in my garage and he was stumbling for words at that point...been there done that with the favoritism, neighbors upstairs we're nothing short of annoyingly loud and it didn't have any effect to complain...I didn't have any issues with mold but anyone who does should get a test and if they don't repair it I would suggest contacting a lawyer...The gate never worked,that's a joke of a gated community thing anyway...where is the fence surrounding the entire property...safe huh...thought about maybe moving back but......nah I'll pass
