Tri - County Rental has very polite employees and the tent my family rented for a birthday party was well worth the cost of renting. My family will definitely use them again in the future.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Tri-County Rental! We want to thank them for all their hard work! We hired them for our daughter's wedding and I feel they did everything they could to make this a smooth process from beginning to end. From our phone conversations during the early stages of the planning process... until the day Bryan and Tim came out for delivery and set-up. They were always so kind and went above and beyond to please us and meet our every need. They never made false promises... if we had a request they couldn't fulfill they always had an alternative solution. They were great! And we would definitely recommend and/or utilize their services again for future events.

I've never heard of a place that is veteran owned, but doesn't offer a military discount. That's highly disappointing. *Update* I just received a call from the owner of this company, & while it is true that military discounts aren't a part of their company, there's other ways that they contribute to our wonderful service members. I was highly impressed that this gentleman took the time out of his day to convey their story to me. The person I originally spoke with, is fairly new, & didn't really know how to answer my questions in the first call, as he's still learning the ins & outs himself. Based off of the conversation I was able to have with the owner, I have to say that this is a company that strongly supports our military, our first responders, & all that serve this great nation

We have rented from Tri-County Rental twice now and have had a great experience each time. Good rates and excellent service. Employees are polite over the phone and patient answering questions. My family will use them again in the future.
