Dr. Ashbrook has been my audiologist for the past 10 years and he and his staff have always treated me well. The way I became acquainted with him was through my wife when he came to a medical facility that she worked at and did a presentation. She was impressed with him and suggested I make an appointment and meet with him about my hearing loss. That was 3 hearing devices ago and each set that I have purchased has been an improvement. The last set that I bought has proven to be far superior to the previous with a whole new concept in approaching hearing loss. Also another reason I feel comfortable with his guidance is that he wears them also. So he truly understands what a hearing problem is like. My mother purchased from him also for the first time about 3 years ago and has seen a big improvement in hearing since doing so. Hearing devices are not cheap so when you make the leap you hope for the best advice and device available. I truly think we both have found that with Paul and his staff. Keep up the good work.
