Very very upset!! I purchased a hoverboard 2 weeks ago for my daughters Christmas, during my purchase the manager had to go to the back twice once for the board and second time for the charger!! I think nothing of it bc this board is brand new so when I get home I immediately wrap it so my daughter cant see it!! When I go to charge the hoverboard the board is in used condition and it's the wrong charger!! Now my daughter has no hoverboard to wake up to for Christmas!! Yea I can get my money back but my daughter missed her Christmas!! Theres no excuse for this

Came to purchase a gun. We were told by the store manager not to purchase this gun today because the next Saturday it was going to be on sale for 100 less. He told us to call Friday to check and see if the guns got there early. We call and were told there is no sale and she doesn't know what we are talking about. After telling our story she contacts the store manager who them states he never said this and we were LYING!!! The assistant manager finally came through for us,she was great, and got us the last gun at the price he lied to us about!
