Our main drain line was backing up into the basement. I called at 8:00 in the morning, and a technician was there by 3:30 that afternoon, which I greatly appreciate. He pumped out our septic tank and made sure everything was in working order before he left. He even called back an hour later to make sure everything was still working properly. He was great, and the price was less than the competitors quotes I had researched over the weekend. Highly recommend.

Awesome group. Was here within an hour. Explained what was going on and what they could do to fix it. Very reasonable priced. Totally recommended

Handys was out to my house on 2 occaisions charged me a total of 300.00 and still did not fix the issues. When I asked the workers to check my clean out valve one stated they did not have the tool to remove the cap. Roto Rooter was out today and removed the cap with his hand. Roto Rooter fixed my issues. If I could give Handys a 0 star rating I would Traci Tomblin Collinsville Va

I'm disappointed in handy's service. They dug up and repaired sewer line. Were not able to find where it connected to PSA. They left behind an over 10 ft. Used pvc pipe,even though I was told by Richard that he would come get it. He never came. The next day i had to call them back because water was comming up through indoor drain. Mark came and found out that the air conditioned drain was blocked. He told me he would call next day to let me know how much it would cost to dig up and replace drain line. He never called back. I called Handy's to find out. They never called before showing up at my door.I recieved the bill , but have yet to hear back from them. Would not recommend their company.
