By far the worst hospital experience we've ever had and that comes from a woman with a chronic autoimmune disease with a son that spent the first 3 months of his life in the hospital. Apparently they did not obtain a form needed to clear my son for his surgery. So we had to wait 3hrs for his regular doc to open and send it over. The recovery nurses were TERRIBLE. They kept trying to push us out, undoubtedly bc I'm sure they wanted to go home. The one nurse, Nancy, even went to get the doc when our son hadn't drank anything like he was supposed to yet so the doc could tell us we could go home anyway. The same woman also had her daughter and very young grandson in for lunch while she was supposed to be caring for patients. They never came to check on him except to ask AGAIN if he'd had anything to drink yet. I had to ask HER to come check his temp bc I thought he had a fever, he did! In stark contrast, the ladies at the front desk were prompt, thorough, and very nice!!

Very good experience. We arrived at 5:30 am. The process went very smoothly. The nurses were very attentive and caring. A lot of different people came in and checked on me prior to my procedure. I've had several surgeries before and was very happy with the service/care at Mary Immaculate. P.S. There is a Keurig inside the waiting area.

Nurses love gossiping talking about there patient they tooking care of and also the people the patient with they gossip things that happened on the room and even doctor join in that gossip nurses don’t updated you ahead of time so you just sit there and wait.

They are organized and friendly but this is the lengthiest process I have seen at a surgery center. We are currently at the 3-hour mark and still waiting. It’s also freezing in here!
