Customer service was horrible. The chimney sweep was accomplished in 10 minutes, which is great.? When I called for explanation of what was being done in that small time frame I was basically told its different at every house . Until I asked again and then was then treated to a very rude commentary on how it was my fault that I was not home to get the explanation. I hope the job was done right but who really knows . Customer service is not what this company is about. Never again.

Since it’s a family owned business, very personable & reasonable & much quicker response with flexibility. The chimney repair work was done promptly & the painting was done later date when the weather permitting on Sunday even though it was originally scheduled on a weekday. They were very reliable & honest with their estimate & I would highly recommend this company for any chimney repair or service.
I sent an inquiry, they never contacted me. Edit: after response. Maybe you should indicate that information up front so as not to waste people's time waiting to be contacted. If you don't want to be contacted, don't make that an option. Just saying.
The chimney in my 1920's home was in very bad repair and I hadn't realized how damaged it was as it has been covered by a climbing rose for the last 30 years. I had almost no mortar left in the chimney from top to bottom. The work that Jon and his son did was just great. They were very responsive, tidy, quick and did a fantastic job. My husband and I are very pleased with their work and we usually have high expectations. Jon and his son met our expectations and then some. I should also mention that his bid was about 40% less that the bid I received from another company. I would highly recommend All About Chimey Cleaning And Repair. No reason to go anywhere else!
Awesome experience. Had some hardware we needed reinstalled and a cleaning and couldn't be happier with the service. Great value and friendly.
