New Fireplace X Stove the motor is going out vibration and noise. I will update this review if our issue is resolved in a correct manner. The interface on the remote to fan also locks up until the fireplace is restarted. Your service tech Collin came out and corrected numerous issues. He leveled the stove, tightened the motor mounts, corrected the logs positioning and cleaned the glass. The noise is gone , and it’s never looked this good! He did a great job! Thanks!

FireplaceX 36 is a very nice wood stove insert. very happy with the quality. i got fast delivery and a pretty much no hassle install. i think my only criticism is when i called in to understand ho stone install is suppose to look, i felt like i was bothering someones day, just wanted it to look the best.

Awesome service. We have gotten 2 other bids from other competitors, they did not even come close to the value/quality/price and knowledge that Rod Anderson has to offer. There was no hassle and we were able to stay close to our budget. We have a see through fireplace, for that reason we needed two inserts. And considering the square footage of our rambler home of 2,500 square foot plus, Rod was able to set us up with the correct btu's needed to warm or home efficiently. Wow. What a joke coming into this place for a quote today. Not friendly at all! Was not knowledgeable or offered any options to fireplaces we were interested in. Asked if the cat was friendly and he did not say anything. This is what makes every other great place keeps getting all the business. You were not friendly, not personable, no showing of product knowledge, and was very awkward to be in there. Only showed 1 pellet stove and trust me I will NOT come back. Good luck
