I am looking at this differently. Yes there is no cause for being rudeness to customers, no complaint from me. But think of this. They have had their hours reduced which means they do NOT get paid which means less money for bills and food. I am not disagreeing with the one star reviews. Just a different take and yes DOL Express should update hours. Caught me by surprise this morning when I was going to pick up tabs

Waste of time coming in EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to get something done there. I always end up going to Everett to get my issues resolved. There's a old brown haired lady that works here that her favorite line is \ I dont know what to tell you\ that is just the worst at her job. How are you going to work at a licensing office and NOT know what to do? She looks really unhappy, but you probably cant miss who I'm talking about IF you choose to go to this Dumpster of a Licensing Office. I'll just go to Everett and Arlington from now on.

Customers must wear masks but employees DONT? When i asked the lady on Sept 11th she gave me a rude snarky answer, \huh? OK and what?\ Just asked and every where I go employees are wearing masks except for you two. She called me a douche as I was walking out the door. I was going to turn around but didn't. Not gonna let the cu** ruin my day.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a DMV. Yes, I know, right? Alyssa helped me with my affidavit of lost title quickly and nicely. Also printed me out a bill of sale which was nice if her and highlighted everything I needed to fill out on it. Awesome service! Thanks Alyssa!
