Jim has serviced all our septic systems. He is always timely. He presents professionally and is always respectful of the property. He is honest in his assessment and goes above and beyond to get the job done-as we experienced this last June when a personal emergency prevented Jim from completing the job for us-he arranged from the hospital, another family member to come finish the job the same day. The dedication is backed-up by the service. We will continue to use this company.

The receptionist was very helpful and informative and a pleasure to talk to. Jim the driver was even early and was done in 45 minutes. Cleaned up before he left, and was very careful about not hurting the lawn and seems to be an overall nice guy. As a bonus, this was the least expensive company I contacted. Pleasurable experience even though it was a septic pump! Highly reccomend this company.
