The staff is friendly, very helpful, professional, terrific. Their attitudes took a good part of my discomfort and anxiety. Instead of the distant polite atmosphere it was a very friendly professional atmosphere. Emergency rooms are horrible. It takes hours and the gurneys are downright painful within a couple of hours. I was able to make an appoint within a couple of hours, which was fine with me. There was no wait and the Doctor was professional, thorough and helped calm my trepidation at the discomfort of stitches. She was quick and did a great job. I heartily recommend Indigo Urgent Care.

I love this urgent care!! It’s great since every time I go there is little to no wait! The staff is really helpful and remembers us every single time. The building is great located and very clean. They get you in and out and the doctors are amazing. Def recommend this urgent care for all your needs!

Starting with the front desk clerk, who noticed my need for assistance in entering the building long before I made it to the door, I knew I had come to the right place for my urgent care needs. Kate is a particularly kind and attentive person. I needed that. I felt extremely awful while I was there. Her attentions were comforting, allowed me to relax & feel glad I was there. I didn't feel rushed at all while the Dr was seeing me. His professional demeanor, calm, at-ease manner and friendly, non-condescending attitude made me feel calm and that was most important to me, as was my confidence in his ability to correctly deal with my illness. I am so impressed by the level of concern & care at Indigo Urgent Care that I will be making them my go-to for issues outside my regular doctor's office. Indigo Urgent Care isn't the closest clinic of this type to me, but it is well worth the short drive. By the way, all of this occurred on Christmas Day. No one I saw acted resentful for working that day. Thanks a bunch!
