Randi has patiently answered many of my crazy questions throughout this pandemic, in addition to just being a supportive. Randi has worked with me on many items that have come up over the years and I appreciate that. The maintenance crew that they employ is great as well, Jordan has fixed many items in my townhome over the years and he’s always polite.

I have multiple units with NPI. I've worked with a few property management companies over the last 30 years and NPI is one of the best so far. I've been working with them for almost a year since I terminated my relationship with a big property mgmt. company; NPI is very easy to work with, patient, cares about the landlord and works hard to manage costs in managing a rental. They find tenants quickly, deal with difficult situations quickly. Everything is pretty smooth! I have 6 rentals they currently managed. I would definitely recommend them.
I rented an house it was a great two and a half years. Anytime there was an issue they got it resolved quickly and the property manager was always on our side and very understanding of circumstances. Highly recommend!
