Highly recommend Rick Nelson! It was our first time purchasing a camper van and it was a terrific experience. Rick let us take our time, answered about 1000 of our questions, and was overall a really pleasant person. The whole transaction was really easy, camper was ready when promised and everyone we met there was really helpful and friendly!! The person who did the walk-through with us when we picked it was also amazing- really knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The person doing our financing was also really friendly - we spent almost an extra hr just chatting about our families, WA, and hawaii life. If we spent any more time with him we probably would have cancelled the deal and move to hawaii cause he made it sound so wonderful! After about a week we noticed a problem with the van, called them up and was able to take it in right away. Overall, had a great experience here and would def recommend to anyone. Thanks Roy Robinson RV Center! We'll def be back in a few years for our inevitable upgrade

Rick Berg has been our Sales person at Roy Robinson RV. We wrote to Rick about a very specific model of travel trailer and he was very thorough and prompt in getting in touch with us. This model was super popular so he suggested that we put down a small deposit, get the unit in so we could inspect it. No pressure if we did not want it; this way we just had first choice. Rick did a great job of connecting us with the whole team at Roy Robinson. They went out of their way to make sure our vehicle matched our trailer. They did a GREAT walk through and answered any question. We found a small defect on one of the storage bays. They completely repaired it and made sure it was right!! It is unusual for us to be this impressed by a sales person, but at every turn, they want us to be totally satisified! Thank you, Rick!
