My older fireplace window creaked about 2 years ago. I went to them for help with a fireplace window replacement! They did a excellent job ! Customers service was great ! Thanks to them my home is warm during the winter. I highly recommend them !

I called about a job and man on the phone was very dismissive and treated me like he had no desire to hear a single word I had to say. Very bad customer service voice. Very short and rude. I wouldnt advise anyone to work for this company based on my 1 minute phone call let alone go to this place for any business at all. There are far more customer friendly companies all over. #boycotttlcwindows&doors
Their customer services was excellent. They bent over backwards to make everything right, were very friendly, and were quick to come out once the new window screens were ready. There was a week delay due to a mix up in the order but they gave a discount to make up for it. I would definitely use them again.
Terrible Customer Service!! We contacted TLC Windows and Doors for a custom shower glass install. A representative came to our home to messure our shower and left us his business card. He said he would send us a quote in two days. After a WEEK of calling, multiple days in a row leaving voice messages with no call back, he finally answered with a response of \I was just about to call you\. He said he didn't feel comfortable with the project and would not provide a quote. I understand they can choose not to do a job but, he didn't have to give us his word that he would provide a quote in 2 days then ignore all communication. We wasted two weeks waiting from the time I called the office to schedule an appointment to the time he finally answered our phone call. We are now working with Home Depot. It's discouraging to try and support a local company only to be left uninformed and blown off. Complete waste of time!
They weren't able to help with my request but they were very willing to help educate me on what I needed to know regarding request and where I could find one without too much traveling.
