I had a great experience purchasing a trailer from TrailersPlus. I am moving and decided I needed a trailer in less than a week. After I couldn't find any used trailers, I turned to new trailers and the only two places near me were all sold out. TrailersPlus still had plenty in inventory, they were booked out for appointments due to Covid Restrictions. I was persistent and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule and keep to a safe process. I was very happy with the seller representative, his knowledge and attention to detail. Thanks again!

JR made the transaction for my 24' car hauler painless. You have to realize that COVID restrictions and the corporate office have put some restrictions in place that the local management have to adhere too that are not ideal. Once you are on the property JR and his staff are a pleasure to deal with.
Great customer service! Jessie was very helpful at showing us the different options of trailers like different sizes, colors, and lengths. Jessie was very polite and professional. He is an asset to the company. We highly recommend their company.
The Marysville location and staff there are great. And their Interstate Trailers seem like a quality product. But what a pain to try to reach and communicate with their corporate Customer Service/Sales staff to get a quote for a specific trailer and modification options. It took 4 emails and 3 phone calls and still never got any factual answers or quotes. Their customer feedback timeliness to questions is ridiculous and odd that you cannot really just call the local site location......instead the phone is answered by their corporate call center staff. AGAIN great trailer and people working the site in Marysville.
