Requested a new Recycling can, which their garbage truck broke with its pincher that picks up the can, and so far its been 5 months and No new Recycling can. Every week I get an email stating that Waste Management changed the date to the next week. I have call Waste Management several times to get a new one but Waste Management just BS's me on why they can't get me a new Recycling can. I finally just gave up on trying to get a new Recycling can and just live with two big Holes in my can. Waste Management does Not care about their Customers......

Worst Commercial Customer Service I have ever experienced. Business accounts are treated horribly and there is no local rep to help you. Call the corporate office and they give you a ticket# which means nothing and wait 48 hours for your request to go through, only to have it be incorrect. Call back wait another 48 hours in hopes they got it right. When we need garbage picked up they don't come and when we tell them not to come, they come anyways and charge us. Switching to a local company and giving our 100k a year for garbage to someone who cares.

They have done a great job with us over the last 20 years. this month, we're getting rid of our old green bin because it has a big cut up the back, and that's taking a little time but generally they have been great
