One Perspective

Their service department is entirely unresponsive. They never answer the phone and I was lucky if the returned my phone call / message half the time (that's being generous.) Now that my car is past its warranty period, I will go elsewhere. There are a lot of good mechanics in Austin that offer better service for a lower price.

Maserati of Austin has been incredibly dismissive of my service requests over the last three weeks. I have attempted to contact Corey every few days for weeks regarding getting my Ghibli serviced to no avail. Left messages as well as filled out a service request and.....nothing. I would not recommend coming here if you have urgent matters....... It's not like Corey answers the phone anyway.

Corey of Maserati Austin is my hero!!!! Stuck in San Antonio where the dealership closed and alone and far away gave me his personal cell and spoke FaceTime so I would be safe. We figured out the problem so I can safely get to Austin and get help. I was stuck in a major bind and this good old fashioned white glove service that I thought no longer exists did today!!!! Thank you Corey from the bottom of my heart. You are my hero!!!!!
