Maserati of Palm Beach

Had to file a claim with Maserati of North America because of the experience with this dealer. Our car was with them for 10 days without any communication from the service department. Only after they sent us the bill did they call us back. Had problems immediately with the car after and had to take it to another authorized Maserati dealer which explained to us that clearly none of the work was actually done that we had paid for! On top of that, the Maserati representative for NA explained that they charged us for a covered issue. Thankful that Maserati is assisting but please save yourself the headache and take your car to a different authorized dealer than Palm Beach!
