Excellent dealership. I did everything over the Internet, buying from out of state, and Andy was there to support me the whole way. Negotiated the price, he was very upfront and honest. Heck, he even picked me up at the airport! I love my new Maserati GT, it was everything they promised and more.
Great costumer service. The manager is very easygoing and knowledgeable. He will get your car service in a jiffy.
After less then a stellar experience with Westlake Maserati, we went to Woodland Hills spoke to the sales Manager Andy who provided us with the best sales person to assist us in the purchase of our Maserati, Amir. He was friendly, honest, and highly responsive. He was so communicative, which is extremely important and essential when providing good customer service. I should have saved us some time and heartache with the other dealership, and should have gone here from the beginning. Well, needless to say, they have earned my business with the purchase of the beautiful Blu Passione/Cuoio Ghibli Maserati-and I absolutely love it! Thank you Auto Gallery, but especially Amir who took it upon himself to make me happy and deliver (literally) my dream car, a beautiful piece of Italian creation while providing flawless and exceptional service. I had a great experience buying a car from Maserati Woodland Hills. Let me start back by saying I hate buying cars. I don't like being pressured into buying such an expensive asset. Richard was the salesman and there was absolutely no pressure. He took the time to explain the vehicle. I left and came back later after thinking it over and deciding to purchase. Everyone in the office was very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and Richard as salesman.
I took my new to me Ferrari to the Auto Gallery for service and I was extremely please, Nick the service writer and Eric Sander the master mechanic really went out of there way to not only take care of everything that I wanted and needed but really worked hard to get it done before the weekend so I could get the car back. They also offered me some services that I didn't know were available. Really a top quality organization. Thanks for the great service, I will be back when needed.

I have never experienced horrible customer service like a got from this dealership in Woodland Hills . Everyone from the sales dept. to the service dept. Even Jason, the General manager. No one needs to go through what I have. do yourselves a favor and go to the dealership in Calabasas. They will treat you like a king/queen.
