Joanne is the best massage therapist in the States from Europe! She WILL cure you with her amazing gift. I would pay twice what they charge and instead just give her a good tip. It's well worth it. I get there at least 15 minutes early, like I would a doctor appointment. I am a runner and a veteran and have had many surgeries and have had two joint replacements. She knows more about my body with just a touch than any doctor I have ever seen. She brought me back from paraplegia from a spinal tap gone wrong with significantly less pain and assisted dramatically in my recovery. Schedule her in or you might not get her! Good luck for a healing and therapeutic experience! Thanks Joanne you are truly a gift!

I have been here a few times and loved my visits each time. I had a deep tissue massage with Angie a few weeks back and she did an amazing job. Also love the adult swim time after 5 (I believe it’s after 5 or 6). One of my favorite retreats!

Let me start off by telling you that the spa Director Jennifer is a cut above the rest! A few months ago I made a phone call to her letting her know some honest and critical feedback of the pool area. We are locals and members of the local Golf Club who get access to use this pool. Overall the pool was beautiful but had so much more potential! It just needed some attention to details that can be overlooked while busy with the day to day. Well to say that Jennifer took my feedback seriously is an understatement! She was so beyond pleasant and receptive while dealing with her. Within a month or so she had made every change suggested and went above and beyond the call of duty! The pool area now has beautiful up to date resort quality towel racks and stylish return bins! The lighting has been upgraded in the bathrooms so that it is brighter! Towels are being replenished on the regular. These changes though may seem little has made a dramatic effect on this space and Jennifer had the vision to see that with me. Unlike many people i have dealt with in the past instead of getting defensive or blowing off my feedback Jennifer took the time and was enthusiastic in doing something about it, she was just as excited to see these beautiful changes come to life! That is exactly the type of person who should be in charge!! She is a go getter and the pool and spa area is a credit to her! Thank you so much Jennifer!! I honestly can say she is the most professional person I have dealt with in very long time. Foxwoods and the Norwich spa is very lucky to have her as an employee. The space now is luxurious and classy and we look forward to using it often while bringing more business from friends and family as well!!

The heavyset towel woman kicked my 18 month old son and I out of the pool causing him to cry and have a mini tantrum. He was having a great time and not bothering anyone. She was rude and brusk about it and totally ruined our night. The signage they have about adult swim makes no sense; adult swim from 5-9pm ***Under 18 can swim from 10am-9pm under adult supervision. Why would you have adult swim from 5-9pm most place do it early in the AM. No one else was in the pool.
