I have worked with RCA on projects in my home since moving to Cape Cod over seven years ago. Every experience has been positive, and comes-in on budget. RCA’s teams show great care for your home while working in/on it, and consult with the homeowner, should something arrise that is unexpected, for instance, a stud or joist in the way of where a plug or recessed light is to go. RCA has done significant electrical work, Ethernet line placement in my home, and they also installed whole-house generator. Every project has been completed either early, or on-time, on budget, and with mostly no evidence that they were even in my home. Their teams spend time cleaning up after themselves, and removing all trash and debris. RCA is the sort of company I can hire, give a list of items to be completed, and trust them to work in my home, with no worry things will go sideways. If you’re looking for a friendly, top-notch electrican, who does everything from electrical work, to Ethernet line wiring, to generator installations, RCA is your company.

We've been using RCA Electric for all of our electrical work since we moved to the Cape in 2012, and always satisfied. When the technical came this week to service the generator, he came to the front door to make sure our overly friendly Golden Retriever was inside the house since he would have the gate open to work on the generator, and didn't want him to get out. Much appreciated.

Outstanding Customer Service! Randy arrived on time, did not try to up-sell me, provided me with a detailed estimate directly after our meeting and explained the entire installation process. He even included the installation of a ceiling fixture I had inquired about with purchase of the generator. After booking, I was sent a detailed email outlining what to expect and when. The entire process was smooth, professional and efficient. Of course, the day my install was scheduled was the day of the first ice storm in March so RCA had their workers arrive the night before and set the generator to the ground. The next day they arrived and worked in the storm until they could not safely work anymore and right after the storm cleared, they finished. Garrett, the electrician who changed out our hall light, was professional, funny and accommodating; helping me put my new lighting fixture together upon installation. I cannot sufficiently express how grateful I am to RCA Electric; Randy, Sharon, Donna, Kelly & Garrett. (I hope I am not missing anyone!) Thank you!! Oh and my generator was up and running just in time for the second ice storm! No lost power. So grateful! Thank you again!!

Have been getting my Generac generator serviced by RCA for a while. I have always been bombarded by all kinds of their promotional material even though I unsubscribed, but just thought of it as a nuisance. Then they recently sent me a letter with a preset time and date for servicing my unit. I said no thanks as they had just been out to service my unit several months earlier and replaced the battery. The response to my “no thanks” was very aggressive starting with the first sentence “ Your account has been noted for no maintenance service for 2019” which was incorrect. The rest of the letter was also threatening, seemingly trying to scare me into having the service done. Mind you, I just had over 200 worth of service performed on my generator several months ago. I said the threatening letter was obnoxious. “Bob” called me and defended their actions and the letter. He was very aggressive and rude, at which time I became upset. He then said he was going to remove all my information/history from their data base. Their aggressive, pushy style did not make me feel they were customer oriented at all.
