Tim at Sach’s Cape Cod is a dream to work with! He is pleasant, cordial, and well versed in his work. Thankfully, I was fortunate enough to go to Sachs Jewelers to purchase an engagement ring. Buying something this important can be an extremely stressful process, but I can tell you first hand how simple and amazing my experience was. I worked with Tim in the Mashpee location and I couldn’t have been happier with the level of service he provided. They don’t pressure you in any way so you always feel comfortable asking any questions (i probably had hundreds). They‘re an honest and hard working team whose only interest is ensuring you get exactly what you're looking for and within your budget. We had the ring resized and got it back in less than a week, it was really impressive. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, we’ve already scheduled a visit to get our wedding bands.
