Great over all experience. Glad to have the new store in Mason City. Met the manager tonight. Good guy with a great attitude, managing an awesome crew. Had us in and out in about 20 minutes for 4 tires and new wheels. Thank you all so much for the amazing service. Chris and Chrissy McKirgan

Mitch is very friendly and very easy to work with! I recently had a problem where a different discount tire (in Minneapolis) put the wrong size tires on my truck causing a safety concern. Mitch not only made sure I was notified of the problem, but worked with me both financially and logistically to ensure I had safe, correct tires on my vehicle.
I was very happy with my experience. They were thorough about going over all my options, and installation took a lot less time than I expected. The price was very good too!
Amazing place! I did a little research online but still had questions about what I really wanted for my next set of tires. Mitch took the time to find out what I needed and had the knowledge to answer all my questions quickly and honestly! There was no pressure to buy or spend extra on anything I didn't want or need. Service was great! After making an appointment they had my vehicle in and out quick! Bottom line - I got a salesperson that actually knows what they're talking about, tires that are perfect for me, service that is impressive, and all at a GREAT PRICE!
