I am a women in my 50s, I have trained in a few other places. I will have to say this is the Best place I’ve trained, It helps me Physically and Mentally, once you come here to train you will never want to go anywhere else, they have weapons, classical and modern Budo it’s never ending knowledge how can you not want to learn this Martial art!!! Personally as long as I can I will train here!

Ive been here a while, and I dont plan on leaving. It is so easy to place into your own schedule with classes almost every day. The training is also ready for any age, accepting kids age 5 and anybody above. I have made many friends here that I would never have known otherwise. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who would like to learn self-defence.
