I recently purchased an Electric Fireplace from NYC Fireplaces & Outdoor Kitchens. I am in the midst of construction in Manhattan, and in typical NYC fashion I needed the fireplace delivered “yesterday”. I worked with Luca from the beginning and he was on top of things immediately. Within one day he secured my fireplace and made arrangements for shipment from the warehouse. Within 3 business days I had the fireplace in my living room for installation. Luca went out of his way to expedite my needs, and followed up with me daily, including delivery day to ensure all ran smoothly. Their delivery guy was amazing & professional as well! Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market and in need for a fireplace.

Luca and Elizabeth (on the sales team) were incredibly nice and helpful! They walked us through the best outdoor heater options -- including the electric systems we needed to have in place to function properly -- and then made sure we got the items asap. Their delivery team was on the ball, too. When their guys inspected the merchandise before delivery and noticed some damage, they quickly got back to the sales team who made sure that the items were replaced immediately and then expedited to us free of charge. The heaters themselves are top quality and we are enjoying them in our backyard so much already! I will definitely be going back to NYC Fireplaces and Outdoor Kitchens again!

I just had my Fireplace installed and I am over the moon with joy. My experience with NYC Fireplaces was nothing short of perfection. The sales person Elizabeth was always available when I had questions. Raffi the installer was so knowledgeable and a perfectionist. Along with his assistant Walter they were so very neat and did not leave a drop of dirt. Just know you do get what you pay for.

Me and my husband always wanted a fireplace in our new home so we went to NYC fireplace. They did an amazing job guiding us and designing the perfect fireplace for our home. Even though we live on Long Island in Nassau county they came and did all the work within 2 days and they were extremely professional. We have recommended them multiple times to many family and friends and they will not disappoint. If you are looking for great quality and professionalism call Sal.
