The staff were extremely kind, attentive, comforting and professional. The intake was easy, from the pre-registration process, which is done online, to the mandatory COVID19 test done on sight several days ahead of the procedure, to check-in upon arrival. The facility was modern and very clean. I am grateful to all who took care of me today and all who are responsible for the upkeep of this facility.

I had an open carpal tunnel release procedure performed here yesterday. I was very impressed with each and every staff member I interacted with. They are the kind of people you would hope to find in the medical field. I truly appreciate the care and compassion I received here. I will be getting the same procedure performed on my other hand in the near future. Based on this experience, I will go into it with much less apprehension knowing I'm in great hands.

Had a fine experience with the surgical staff. Billing is a horror show that has not ended 16 months post-surgery with new bills showing different information, not reflecting payments, claiming I am past due. I call and they say, don't worry we did get your payment and you owe nothing No clue why it was not shown on the statement. Then another statement arrives a month later - payment doesn't show and it shows some of the information on payments from previous bill but not all. You call and get the same run around.
