Chris at the Customer Service desk was amazing— Chris helped me accomplish twice as much as I had hoped to accomplish in one visit! Alyssa (forgive me for misspelling!) completed my transactions efficiently and effectively and answered my questions about future address changes that I may need to make. Thank you Chris & Alyssa!

Parking is easy and there is disabled parking. There is a man outside at a desk before you go in, who tells you where to go. I went around 1pm and it was not very busy. I had a ten minute wait, and the woman was very helpful and agreeable.
I’m just wondering why the workers are mostly grumpy with us? They act like we are supposed to know everything they know and all the rules and all the paperwork done perfectly .
They certainly need to think about updating the wait time because it took 1/2 an hour just to get a number then once you get your number it took another 1/2 hour of waiting with no idea how long it will be before your number is called. All in all, it IS the registry & it wasn't bad. Registry is always painful. The Customer Service desk was helpful, as was the gentleman who came down the line to ask what you were there for & to be sure you had everything you needed.
Not sure why this place has such terrible ratings, but the woman at the customer service desk just now was great. Knowledgeable, organized, professional demeanor. A large line formed, but everyone seemed to get the info they needed in an appropriate amount of time. Update: Needed to go back and not so friendly this time; different woman.
