Because I'd read several negative reviews of this location, I was hesitant to use it. However, my experience was great! I had a coupon for a free massage and when I called to book my appointment, the receptionist was welcoming and kind. I got in to see Roxy within 3 days and the massage itself was wonderful. Checking out, I gave them my coupon, left my tip for Roxy, and was on my way. Nothing but a positive experience for me.

I’ve had Cathy for my past 2 massages and they were great! I’m picky about having light pressure, and she really did an awesome job. So relaxing!
My massage therapist was 10 minutes late, old and wouldn't stop talking for the whole session. She kept leaving the room as well. She just seemed tired and old. Was the worst massage I've ever gotten. I think her name was Cathy. I didn't complain because the massage was 60.00 but she kept giving me advice when I was thinking I'm here NOW to feel better! I won't be coming back at all.
negative 0 is actually the stars I would like to give, I called yesterday to book an appointment. Candace took my information and gave me an appointment for today at 1230. I called at 1125 today and confirmed with the receptionist Candace again that my appointment was at 1230. Candace called me at 1210 to tell me my appointment was at 12, I reminded her that we just confirmed my appointment for 1230 Candace said I could still come but it will be a 30 minute massage. I did not want a 30 minute massage, what was she focused on at 1125 when we confirmed my appt? Epic fail on their behalf, I agree with Tim and all of the others who gave these people low scores, to much competition out there to settle for this level of substandardness.
I purchased a couples massage to do with my Husband as a valentines gift that we could do together where we could go in and at least communicate and relax during our massage time. While the massages were great they put us in a long and narrow room barely big enough for the tables and they had our heads at opposite ends of the room. So we ended up so far apart that we would have had to almost yell if we wanted to communicate. They should have just put us in separate rooms at that point.
