Massageife is AMAZING! Stephanie and her staff are friendly and professional. The place is so clean and Marla is the best masseuse. I go in stressed and leave floating on clouds . I became a member on day 1!

Absolutely, hands down, best massages I've had in my life. Dedra, my first time. So fun. Love her passion for massage and how strong she is. I am a big girl so I need a tough broad to work on my body, she doesn't play that foo foo stuff. She will heal you and give you what you need.. Can not wait to see her again. Derek was my second massage. Dedra ended up not being available so the sweet girl in the front offered me complimentary aroma therapy because I was so bummed. Thank you! Derek's hands are gifts from the heavens above. I melted on his table and fell in love. He does everything right. His deep soft voice is so relaxing. This is how I want to treat my body.. I did not want it to end. I will come more often now so I can see both of them.

First time having a massage, and I highly recommend this facility! Brittany was wonderful and she communicated all my areas of concern and things to work on. The facility was very clean and all the staff was so polite! I will be back!

Don't sign anything..I canceled back in January. The card they charged was an old card and I forgot to check it. Sure enough. They had been charging me the whole time. Then tells me I behind an must pay them more to access my 6 massages a had accrued as they charged me month after month. Not only that but the charged even when they were closed due to Covid. Even though I couse the service. It was very difficult to get a good massage therapist as its a revolving door!

I have a monthly membership at massage life center. I was under the impression (bc I don’t check my checking account everyday), that as long as I made my appointment once a month I received my monthly massage. Apparently my membership is charged on the 28th of the month. I had a massage on 11/28 and then scheduled another massage on 12/19. Again, I believed this would count towards my once a month massage via my membership. That was not the case. They charged me the 55 membership fee again bc I didn’t schedule after the 28th of the month. When I called to make my appointment they never one said, “just a heads up you will have to pay for this massage since your new massage doesn’t load until after the 28th. I think this is a customer service courtesy, bc if they had of done that I would have NEVER scheduled it prior to that day. I get one massage a month....ONE A MONTH. What the manager should have done was not charge me and then draft my account on the 28th. And of course I would not have made another appointment until after the 28th of the following month. The manager WOULD NOT compromise, all bc of a technicality. This was terrible customer service. She just kept saying sorry, as if that was going to solve anything. I have been in some form of customer service for 23 years and this was not the way to handle this. I asked to speak to the owner but she wasn’t there. We will see if I actually get a call. And I’m giving them 2 stars solely bc the massage therapist are good. The front counter people, not so much.
