We closed our mortgage account out with them in 2019. Instead of marking our account closed on our credit report, they’ve been marking us as 120 days late for 3000- on a mortgage we don’t even have! We’ve called and been told they would mark it appropriately. We were dumb and believed them. Applied for a credit card at our new bank and were denied because of low credit. We check, and 7 months after we closed our mortgage, they’re STILL reporting it as open and unpaid.
