I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Gary was personable and professional, a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and willing to give us additional information about the condition of our piano. without trying to sell more services. We will have him back for sure

Gary is so personable that I paid him a few days in advance. He showed up on time, tuned the piano and even replaced some ivories that had chipped off. He had to come back the next day to put them back on the piano. He is dedicated to his work, and reliable. I am very pleased that I chose Gary! I thank him for his outstanding service.
Gary did a great job on tuning our piano. In addition, he also performed a few repairs that needed to be done.
Very professional and friendly. He even fixed my wobbly piano bench without me asking. Will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who needs a piano tuned.
