Bought a zero turn mower from this place. They are friendly in person. Not so much when you call them. Called today to order transmission fluid for my cub cadet. They asked me how much I needed. When I asked them to look up the capacity of my tractor for the transmission fluid, the guy sighed and told me to hold on. I tried to look this up myself in the manuals but did not find it there. Was on hold fora while until I looked up another Cub Cadet dealer in the area, so I hung up and will be going elsewhere. This is not my first bad experience with them. Some years ago I needed a belt. Keep in mind, not only was I giving them business on parts, I had bought a brand new mower from them. Because of my work hours and location, I knew it was going to be a tight squeeze to get there before their closing time. I called them on my way, and told them that I was coming. I arrived two minutes before their closing time per the clock on my cell phone. Doors were locked and I could see them. They waved me off. I was very clear on the phone that I was coming right away. I tried calling them back while I was standing in the parking lot and they ignored my call. I am done with this place. If the owner sees this review, he or she should have a serious conversation with his employees about being courteous with customers and also about not closing the store before the actual closing time. I was in no way short or rude with this person. At the beginning of my call today, I mentioned that I didn’t think I could get there on time and was wondering if I could buy the transmission fluid elsewhere. The guy, the one who sighed, very quickly made a strong point to me that they are out of there at 1 PM. Amazing.

I took my snow blower in for repair on a Saturday. Doc's called on Monday morning to tell me the repair was finished. The service guy escorted me to the front to pay, then helped me load it in my car. With 5 to 8 inches of snow coming I'm very grateful. I give Doc's 10 out of 10.

This is my second purchase from Doc's in the past two years. I purchased a Cub Cadet riding mower from Mark at Doc's and recently purchased a Stihl Magnum 800 C-E backpack blower from Mark as well. He was outstanding in his patience, knowledge and explaination of both products. He adjusted the Stihl blower harness and straps to properly fit me, demonstrated the blower's features, and made sure I was completely satisfied. He did this with both products. He does an excellent job and is very thorough in explaining the products. I highly recommend Mark and Doc's! Truly outstanding service and support! Thank you!
