Good place plenty of room to maneuver into your dock. They have a scale on property so they weigh you in before loading you so make sure you're topped off on all 4 tanks. They require a certified weight in order to rework a load so just go to the Pilot Travel Center in Canton about 4 miles away.

For the truckers. There is no overnight parking nor is there any time-reset parking allowed. They have a scale on premises, but, it is not accurate. There are no specific details regarding full check-in procedure. Arrived on time to do a PU (4 p.m), waited in line for 21 minutes to check-in with guard. While inside, give guard your PO/PU # and fill up the \green\ paper slip. After that they instructed me to go over the scale for pre-weight, and to write it on the green slip. To take that into the office and let them assign you a dock. Checked in again at main office, but was told that there was no dock assigned for me. I was told I will get a call when one is available. It is currently (5:32 p.m) and so far no call. Will update soon...I left premises at 22:25. Be ready for a long wait.

What an absolute TERRIBLE shipper. They charge 200.00 for paperwork that they never give you. Such an unbelievable scam. Just another way to screw the trucking companies. Hope NOONE hauls for them.

It's been more than 6 hours and still waiting to get loaded.

Always friendly, always quick. If you're bringing an empty you'll have to scale it in. Make sure to grab a green paper at the guard shack. You'll have to scale out if you're taking a load with you. On the weekends the guard shack itself will have your paperwork. They're always seems to be plenty of space to drop your empty.
