When buying my Mastercraft, MasterCraft Boats of Chicago didn't have exactly what I wanted. I showed them an X30 I did want at another dealer and they encouraged me to not pass up the good deal. After I purchased my new X30, MasterCraft Boats of Chicago helped me with warranty questions....again with nothing in it for them. They are my service pros, go to team and unbelievable people. They put the customer first no matter what. Thank you all so much for being an excellent dealer...!

Having been a service customer for three years and recently purchasing a 2018 XT22 there is no other option. The sales/service team is incredible and I will always recommend this dealer to fellow boaters

Called on my way down from Madison to get details on a used boat, they said they still had the boat and would call me back in 10 minutes with the details. They never called me back. When I arrived I said I wanted to test drive the boat, they kept me and my 6 year old waiting for an hour and a half while they got the boat ready. When they finally had the boat ready, they told me they wouldn't let me test drive it unless I was ready to buy it and made a down payment, I explained that I had narrowed my search down to this and two others and needed to test drive it to decide, they didn't let me test drive it. It would have been nice to tell me that when I first said I wanted to test drive the boat. My advice is to avoid this place, they clearly don't care about customer service.
Great dealership. Sales department works diligently to make the customer happy and find the right boat. No excessive sales pressure, very solution oriented. Service department is also excellent, and there is a great pro shop too. Highest recommendation.
I had a quirky issue with our 2012 Mastercraft that was not resolved after a trip to a different dealer in 2017. Mat and the team squeezed us in to their schedule right at the busiest time of the year to save me 8 hours of round trip driving to the next dealer with availability. Mastercraft Boats of Chicago was able to solve the issue without burning loads of diagnosis time and were diligent to test their fix and ask for my feedback once I was able to personally re-verify their fix in the water. Great communication, thorough work, and friendly, above and beyond customer service!

Purchased a MasterCraft NXT20 in 2017. I dealt with Mat and Colton (yes Mat is only spelled with one T). I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
