Horrible communication from the staff and management! I was in the office in early December for a rapid covid test. I requested an itemized receipt for my records and to submit to my insurance company. I was told only the office manager had access and that I needed to email them. I did and received no email back after a week. I have since emailed and called multiple times as well as shown up in person, only to be told that I would receive some kind of communication during the week. The visit was December 3rd. It is now February 21st and I have received absolutely no response from this office.

I went in for Rapid Covid test and the nurse told me it would be 10 minutes for the test to complete ,with in 2 minutes the machine stopped and gave me a positive. I told him there's something wrong with the machine he told me no its positiveI I also asked can I have a PCR test they told me no.....So I contacted my doctor and he recommended to go visit another Urgent CareAnd to get the PCR test my result came back 24 hours later negative.
