I use to work for Matheson in salisbury maryland. Same problems there, lieing to customers, disorganized, high prices. Matheson in Texas and Florida are top of the line run companys I don't understand why they can't get all the locations to run that way.

Very disorganized company. They lose track of payments and I have been asked to show them the transactions on my bank acct 3 different times to prove I paid my bill. Takes over a week to get propane delivered when you order it. They blame the disorganization on managers quitting so apparently there's a high turnover rate. As soon as I choose another company I'm switching to someone more reliable.
They lie about installation fees. Do NOT trust them.
