I couldn't leave 0 stars so they get 1. Brand new shirt brought to be dry cleaned (I have been a customer for years). Pick it up, bring it home. Open it up later and there are discolor marks all over it. Brought it back and the fun begins... She initially tried to say it was moldy. Said she would try to clean it again at no charge (thanks). My wife goes to pick it up and they told her to bring the shirt back to Kohls as it's a defective shirt. My wife said no, the shirt either has to be replaced or give us a credit for future services. They declined both and tried to take my shirt away. She was sooooo rude not letting my wife speak and when my wife asked for the shirt back, she balled it up and threw it at her. Lesson learned. They lost a customer and hopefully more by me writing this message. They are in the service business and this is what you get... beware.
