The world of injection molding is surprisingly, fascinating!!! As of today, August 1st, 2019, Matrix4 is a smooth running operation and making headlines in Michigan based, Plastic News. Matrix4 has excellent, state of the art, robotic technology as well as a clean, warm, working environment. This impressive building has been totally remodeled. The tool room, warehouse, mold room, production room, engineering and design areas are revamped, clean and operating efficiently. Matrix4 team members are compassionate about community involvement, consistently volunteering at many charitable events, proving that they care about the lives of those living around them locally as well as globally. I appreciate the comprehensive tour I was given today as well as the special attention given to safety measures. Quite impressive!

Me and my spouse worked for matrix 4 for a couple months and the \lead\ kept trying to make conflict then to do her job. They dont check the parts like a qc should be. Therefore blaming the employee instead of the qc for not doing her job. Whixh she complained all the time saying she doesnt like her job she rather be a machine operator. She doesnt like the attention odf of her. She doesnt follow regalations until about 6 am when the office people came in. There was no work. They lay off people but yet they are always giring. Ive never worked in such an unprofessional place in my life. The place was dirty expecially the bathrooms. It left us with a bad taste finding a new job to a new town of woodstock.
