Matt, Olivia and the rest of the team are the best! We have multiple policies with them and between hail storms, new vehicles, transfers of other household vehicles, and an upcoming teen driver, they have always gone above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of. We are so thankful for their outstanding customer service!

The customer service has been outstanding! Matt was very quick in locating some old insurance information for me, for tax purposes. And during last week's hail storm, he also gave me some very helpful advice on what to look for in a roofing company. Per our conversation, he worked in the corporate side of State Farm for many years before becoming an agency owner. That's a big plus to me since many agency owners do not have the same inside knowledge as someone with that background.

I've been with this office for years collectively and enjoyed their customer service up until you're owed money and then everyone goes M.I.A. For the past few months I keep getting some guy that tells me he's ew\ or at least that's the excuse he gives me for not being able to answer my simple questions. I've tried for the past 2 weeks via phone calls, emails and text but NO ONE has returned my attempts to get in contact with me. Very unacceptable. I will never use this agent again and wouldn't recommend them.

He was very friendly and jolly and sampled my fudge and even helped me get a shipment ready for delivery. I think the quote was unbelievably and his big hug sealed the deal.
