I used terry Sheehan. He was extremely helpful. Unfortunately it was raining and that didn't stop Him from still giving extremely good service to me. My bill was only 2.75 but He still treated me like I had just bought a new car. I have always been treated well@ charlie's throughout the years so and I can tell that they care about the customers.. I wanted to add some pictures because words don't always explain the heart.

The person that 'helped' us seemed like he didn't believe we wanted to buy a car! He kept asking if we were serious then he turned into a high pressure seller. After he emailed us a fair price we called and he informed us that with financing it was going to be nearly 7000 more that what he sent us! Bait and switch! This is my second horrible experience with them and I will never go back! The general manager does seem nice but I'll buy another Lexus instead!

Walked into Charlie’s dodge with the intent on buying a vehicle today but was very disappointed when I saw a female employee walking around without a mask on. We’re in a pandemic and it’s very sad that she doesn’t seem to care for others health. I think I heard someone say her name is Ashley? Not quite sure but She was wearing yellow pants with a black shirt. But safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
