The staff and service are fantastic at Honda East. I have worked with Scott Johnson to purchase a new machine on 3 different occasions. Do yourself the favor and ask for him specifically if you are in the market. Scott has been in the industry a long time, has a large base of product knowledge and treats you well all the way around. I have shopped around each time I considered trading and they offer a price upfront that is more than fair. Each time I traded a machine and asked that multiple accessories be installed in a specific manner prior to my arrival. These guys simply do not miss, everything is ready when I get there, they inspect the trade and we complete the transaction as anticipated. I thought it was to good to be true the first time however after multiple trades I found it is a habit when dealing with Scott and his team! I travel 200 miles each way to work with Scott because of the ease of the entire transaction. My last purchase was completed entirely through email. Although not my intent when I started the process it was just that easy. Thanks again to Scott, Randy, TJ and Nathan for all making my most recent experience a very positive one.

His initial response to my enquirer to the final sale and delivery of my 2021 Polaris Sportsman Touring 570 EPS was the easiest and most stress free purchasing experience I have ever had. In addition, I bought several accessories and had them mounted before picking up the unit (great discount and prices). Great job to Tyler and the entire team at Honda East, it was well worth the drive from Michigan to the dealership in Ohio, I highly recommend Tyler and the dealership to everyone, they have a new lifetime customer! Going to buy a Dr650 and was trading my motorcycle in. Offer me a great deal, told my sale person making arrangements to get up there (5 hours away) and to put money down. That was late afternoon. Next morning I call and he said another salesman took a deposit after he knew i going to get it. Sold right out from me.

Was reluctant to go because I was told that they are over priced. Stopped in and spoke with Tad their sales associate. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Worked a deal to get three 4 wheelers. The customer service from then on was top notch. Hassle free from start to finish. Got huge discount on accessories and getting ready to purchase one for myself :) great selection.
