To make a payment is not convenient. The phone portal is AWFUL!!! In order to make a payment you have to have a cooy of your bill. I am out of town on a Saturday. The office is closed and if course I do not have my paper bill. This is 2020 not 1800's. This is an Internet copany that is behind with technology. That speaks volumes as to why my internet is so slow.

The staff is beyond rude and disrespectful no customer service at all the supervisors if that’s what you want to call them are just as bad they don’t listen just talk over you while you talking FYI somthng need to change with the employees because they making the company look horrible lie there services

Simple, paid for 1G internet. We had to upgrade from the 100mbps because both of us working from home had issues. Complained for months and it was always the same story with the “help desk”. Everything appears fine with your router, not once were we taken seriously. I topped out at 50mbps maybe on a good day. I would avoid this company if possible.

One of our clients uses Fidelity for phone service. Their service has totally gone down 3 times in the past month. To make things worse, this is the busiest time of the year for them. I can’t even get to a customer service rep. They have an automated message about the outage this time. I understand having service disruptions from time to time. But this is constant. If anyone is thinking about using Fidelity for their phone service, please reconsider.

Reviews are way too low on this company. I switched from AT&T last year because I was constantly having issues with my U-verse connection and was also switching to YouTubeTV. AT&T U-verse still has data caps if you stream TV other than DirecTV. Fidelity's pricing is very straightforward and there aren't a bunch of fees tacked on. Service is excellent and support is responsive. The connection is fast and reliable. My only issue is that their pricing goes up higher the first two years. Obvious bundling with Fidelity or AT&T or any other company gives you better discounts. For now I am a happy customer!
