We have been using Southern Oil Solutions for a few years now at multiple locations. We switched to SOS after a bad experience with a previous provider and it is incredible how these guys have made our grease trap cleaning and City Ordinance Compliance just an after thought for me as an operator. I know that I will be in line and have the documentation that I need. If you are in the restaurant business, I can not recommend Brian and his team more.
